Strength manufacturer of horizontal screw centrifuge

Suzhou United Machine Co., Ltd.was established in January 2000 through the restructuring of the former state-owned enterprise, Suzhou Chemical Equipment Factory No. 2.

The company’s predecessor, Suzhou Chemical Equipment Factory No. 2, was founded in 1961. In 1972, it became the first in China to develop a horizontal screw-discharge centrifuge. As one of the earliest manufacturers of centrifuges in the country, it was designated as an authorized centrifuge manufacturer by the former China National Chemical Equipment Corporation. Since the 1980s, the company has prioritized technological R&D and the development of proprietary intellectual property. By intensifying R&D efforts on horizontal screw centrifuges, it has established a comprehensive range of specifications and a diverse product portfolio.

The company has established a research and development team for separation machinery and processes, comprising mechanical design engineers, electrical engineers, mechanical manufacturing process engineers, and chemical engineers. It has achieved major breakthroughs in centrifuge separation performance control, three-phase separation technology, explosion-proof and sealed separation processes, centrifuge lubrication methods and differential gear structures, and wear-resistant technology. The company has obtained nearly 100 domestic and international invention and utility model patents related to separation machinery.
