The LWZ horizontal screw-discharge sedimentation/filtration centrifuge is a new type of composite centrifugal filter. Its structure primarily consists of two sections: the sedimentation zone and the filtration zone. After the slurry enters the sedimentation zone of the centrifuge, centrifugal force separates the solid and liquid phases. The liquid phase is discharged from the large end of the drum, while the solid phase is conveyed by a screw conveyor to the filtration zone at the small end, where it undergoes further centrifugal filtration and dewatering before being discharged. Feeding, separation, liquid discharge, and solids discharge are all performed continuously and automatically.
