The LWL multi-functional horizontal screw-discharge filter centrifuge is a completely new type of centrifugal filter. Its structure primarily consists of three sections: the concentration zone, the dewatering (washing) zone, and the squeeze dewatering zone. After the slurry enters the centrifuge, under the action of centrifugal force, the liquid phase passes through the filter medium and the perforated drum and is discharged, while the solid phase is retained on the filter medium, forming a filter cake layer that is scraped out by the screw conveyor. Feed separation, liquid discharge, and cake discharge are all performed continuously and automatically.
