Horizontal screw-discharge sedimentation centrifuges utilize the density difference between solids and liquids, amplifying it thousands of times through a centrifugal force field. Under the action of centrifugal force, the solid phase settles, thereby achieving solid-liquid separation. The solid material settled on the inner wall of the drum is discharged by a screw conveyor, while the liquid phase flows out through the discharge channel or is pumped out by a centrifugal pump (decanting device). The entire feeding and separation process is carried out continuously, in a closed system, and automatically.
