Common High-Speed Decanter Centrifuge Equipment

Low-temperature, high-speed horizontal screw centrifuges are aesthetically pleasing and user-friendly, typically featuring microprocessor control, touch panels, and digital displays. The temperature inside the centrifuge chamber of this type can be lowered to below 0°C. They are primarily used for collecting microorganisms, cell fragments, cells, large cellular structures, hydrochloric acid precipitates, and immune precipitates, and are commonly found in various biochemical laboratories.

Common High-Speed Horizontal Screw Centrifuge Equipment

The rotor is a critical working component of a centrifuge; in fact, a complete set of rotors for a centrifuge can cost even more than the centrifuge itself. Furthermore, the variety and specifications of rotors serve as a key indicator of a manufacturer’s mastery of centrifuge production technology. The most common types of rotors are fixed-angle rotors and horizontal rotors. In addition, there are zone rotors, continuous-flow rotors, and vertical rotors; however, these types are not commonly used, so we will not provide a detailed introduction here.
