Food waste that has undergone coarse screening to remove impurities, grinding (or crushing), and wet heating enters the WS oil-water separator. Under the action of the centrifugal force field, the slurry is rapidly centrifuged and separated into three layers: the oil phase, the water phase, and the sediment. The three separated materials are discharged through their respective dedicated channels. The carefully designed discharge channels and discharge methods effectively prevent the oil phase from infiltrating the water phase and sludge, ensuring maximum recovery of fats and oils from the food waste.
